Surviving The Festive Season

The energy is always a little crazy at this time of the year so be sure to take care of you!! Here are some self care ideas for you to consider:

  1. Breathe: be mindful of how you are breathing - make sure you add some long deep breaths in!

  2. Exercise: simply going for a walk daily will help clear your mind and rejuvenate your soul - Mother Nature is always happy to help us when we honour and respect her. I call this “active meditation”.

  3. Reflection/Gratitude: daily journaling of the events of the day and things that you are grateful for helps invite more things into your to be grateful for.

  4. Animals: be sure to spend time helping and loving animals, if not your own, someone else’s - their love is a blessing.

  5. Clear your energy: all the above will help but I encourage you to visualise the golden sun in your tummy and expand it so it encapsulates your entire being (from within and without). The golden ray helps to dissolve negative energy.
